"Our family has spent many visits at this hotel and overall it has been very good all around.Last year there was a soccer covention at which 100+ children of mixed ages for the most part where left unattened making the visit far from good.We asked what was being done to keep the children in check,we where told they had supervision by groups of parents.This was not the case as many of the adults misbehaved in the gathering area of the lobby till very late at night.I could go on but you get the point.This year a few minor issues did not get taken care of.A request for extra pillows and alight bulb went unfofilled.Also the exhaut fan in the bathroom was not operating.Again a request was put in at the desk with no response.I find both situations could have been handled better.I and my family do enjoy the hotel and have for many years.It would be appriciated in the future that such situations would be handled better.Thank you for the chance to voice our concerns.Erik Adlerbert"
