"The only problem that I have is - this was a buisness trip and the hotel did not provide a receipt. Neither did the email confirmation or this email. My buisness requires a receipt after the fact and I found it inconvenitent to have to track one down. Please just send a receipt after the stay was confirmed."

"i really did enjoy my stay at the hotel but i must admit that it would have been nice if the hotel could offer the complimentary breakfast for guests who stays there (like the hotel Thatian inn does at us highway 19), for some reasons not many hotel's offer that in the USA, which is a shame as a lot of hotels i have stayed at in Europe has this kind of service. Another thing i was missing was to be told how to use the courtesey car, from the information that i had gained it sounded like you could be offered to be taken to any place within the 3miles radius of the hotel, but no one really told me about this service, the courtesey car seemed to be more for people to be taken to the air port and nothing else, as i one day ask the driver if he minded to take me to the shopping mall, i felt like i was in the way when asked this question though he did do it BUT i had to take a cab back to the hotel and was not offered to be picked up, did i misunderstand something...... But apart from these small facts then i was quite happy to stay there, the hotel rooms where cleaned every day and so it seems like the pool was to :) so thumbs up to the very friendly staff they have there."

"This hotel was starting to show it's age. The rooms were clean. The bar was a nice. Watched a game and had a drink. Bartenders were friendly. Not always the case in a hotel bar. Overall value was good for the location near the airport and highways."
